Our VIP Package is a premium implementation experience, offering elevated support, personalized training, and exclusive access to CMG resources, ensuring your team is fully equipped for a smooth and successful transition.

Configuration
Although each of our plans includes a getting-started configuration, your implementation may require more than the basics. For more complex needs, we offer advanced configuration plans, which we'll review and tailor with you if your project requires additional setup or customization.

Training
Every project plan includes a comprehensive foundational training plan, designed to ensure your team is confident and well-prepared. This plan covers pre-training resources for self-paced learning, user training, Q&A sessions, and administrator training. We also offer additional training through our getting-started workshops, mastery series, specialist series, and our engaging “In & Out” lunch & learn series.

Support
Our dedicated team of implementation and training consultants supports you every step of the way from the initial Introduction to full project completion, typically 30 days after your Launch or Go-Live date. Vendor support is also available, with specific details shared upon agreement.
