Berchem Moses

Planning & Preparation are the Keys to a Successful Software Transition

Background

Founded in 1933, Berchem Moses is a Connecticut-based general practice law firm with nearly 40 attorneys and 60 staff members, serving clients across more than a dozen practice areas. Known for its long-standing client relationships, the firm delivers dedicated legal representation, responsive service, and cost-effective solutions.

For over a decade, the firm used Worldox for document management. But as they expanded and shifted operations to the cloud, the system no longer met their needs.

John Krouzil, Firm Administrator, and Josh Singer, IT Manager, led the transition to NetDocuments, a project involving the migration of over 2 million documents across four electronic cabinets, one holding 1.6 million files alone. To ensure success, they partnered with external experts to handle the complexity and minimize disruption.
