Prior to joining the team, he served as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at LexisNexis and began his tech career at Systemax Inc. as a Computer Support Technician.
With more than a decade of hands-on Microsoft SQL experience, Patrick excels at solving complex technical issues and ensuring smooth, efficient systems for clients. He’s known for his attention to detail, deep technical knowledge, and a knack for turning challenges into solutions.
When he’s not troubleshooting or optimizing systems, Patrick enjoys diving into computer and board games. A master of dad jokes and quick puns, he keeps the team entertained and morale high.
