Cara brings a passion for helping others and a diverse background to the CMG team. With experience as a Veterinary Technician, Certified Dog Groomer, and Assistant Director of a preschool, Cara has always found fulfillment in meaningful work.

“I was surprised to realize how much I enjoy working within this field (it is so different from anything else that I have done!), and I truly enjoy helping firms become successful,” Cara says.

When she’s not working, Cara enjoys spending time with her two amazing children and dog, and indulges in outdoor activities like horseback riding, kayaking, camping, and mountain trips.
