Cara Allen is passionate about helping others. As a mom to two teenagers and with a professional background that includes Veterinarian Technician, Certified Dog Groomer, and Assistant Director of a preschool, Cara knows the feeling of reward that comes from a job well done!

At Circle Management Group, Cara is a Certified LEAP Trainer.

“I was surprised to realize how much I enjoy working within this field (it is so different from anything else that I have done!), and I truly enjoy helping firms become successful in learning about and working with LEAP,” Cara says.

In her time off, Cara enjoys spending time with her kids, horse, and dog, and pretty much anything outdoors (riding horses, kayaking, camping, going to the mountains).
